Ms Rosie leadbitter

Rosie is a Pākehā queer woman who was lucky enough to grow up in the hills of Ngaio in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington). She studied sociology and public health in Ōtepoti (Dunedin) and is the Workplace Services Development Lead at InsideOUT. She and her colleagues support organisations by providing consultation and education around rainbow inclusivity, equity and safety.

InsideOUT is a national rainbow charity whose vision is for an Aotearoa where all rainbow and takatāpui young people feel safe and included in their schools and communities. They aim to achieve this by working with schools, community organisations and workplaces, leading resource development, education, consultation, campaigns and more.
