Registration

All presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the Conference at their earliest convenience. Register here. 
Should you need assistance with registration, please contact us at conference@acsep.org.au.

Conference Program

Familiarise yourself with the timing and room allocation of your session in advance of the Conference. The scientific program can be found here.

Presentation Creation

Feel free to use the PowerPoint master deck template, logo suite, and brand guide provided. If you plan to incorporate the SMA/ACSEP logo or any Conference branding in your presentation, please follow the guidelines detailed in the brand guide. Additionally, be sure to view the Conference Social Media Policy, relevant to all conference delegates, before your presentation.

         

 

Supplying your Presentation

We ask that you supply you presentations via upload directly to this folder by Wednesday 2 October 2024. Please ensure your presentation is saved using the naming convention below. If it is not saved using the correct naming convention, the AV team cannot accept the document.

     Date_Room_Session_Your surname

     Example: 17.10_JimStynes1_Knees_Taylor

Should you have trouble uploading to the folder, you can send your presentation to conference@acsep.org.au

If you have last minute amendments to make, please bring a copy of your latest presentation on a USB stick to the Speaker’s Preparation Room (Olympic Lounge) the day before your scheduled presentation to upload your PowerPoint slides.

Note: Slides are best created in the standard 16:9 (widescreen) layout.
