I hereby apply to sit the next ACSEP Entrance Examination. I have read, understood and will abide by the conditions stipulated within the ACSEP Website and within the Entrance Examination Policy and the “ACSEP Entrance Examination FAQs” document in regards to the ACSEP Entrance Exam. I am aware that ACSEP National Office will review my application and advise me of the outcome. I understand that if my application is approved, payment to sit the Entrance Exam will be due within 24 hours.
