Canberra Sports Medicine is one of the longest established Sports Medicine Practices in Canberra and has been in Deakin since1996. We are a very busy practice with 2 well established and experienced Sports and Exercise Physicians with waiting lists a little too long for comfort!
We are looking for a Sports Physician to join our practice with a view to take over the practice in a few years as our current team wind down to retirement.
Canberra has a very active community with numerous opportunities to work with sporting teams such as rugby league, rugby union, hockey, ice hockey, and soccer to name a few. The lifestyle in Canberra is excellent, with the “bush” only a few minutes away from nearly anywhere in Canberra. The coast and the snow are about two hours away. There are cycle paths everywhere and it is possible to cycle from one end of Canberra to the other on cycle paths.
