An exciting new opportunity is again available for an ACSEP registrar (second year onwards) to work in the High Performance Sport environment.
As an HPSNZ Sports Medicine Registrar, you will consult identified elite New Zealand athletes from various sports in collaboration with key HPSNZ staff within a multi-disciplinary environment including nutrition, psychology, S&C, Physiology, and Physiotherapy. There is the potential to travel with international teams should the need arise.
In this role, you will receive on-site teaching / supervision with a range of ACSEP Fellows, and there is abundant opportunity to perform research of various forms.
This role is ideally suited to a Registrar linked with another 0.5 role in an Auckland Sports Medicine Centre but this is not essential.
You will be working in a fast paced and energetic environment, with a highly focused team. If you aspire to work in an elite sports environment, then this is a great opportunity to gain key experience and knowledge.
